Salary:                   £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. plus benefits 

Hours                     Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Role outline     

Responsible for leading and managing high-quality, engaging marketing and communication resources across all channels, to maximise engagement with supporters and stakeholders and help the Trussell Trust achieve its vision to Stop UK Hunger. Providing account management to internal clients and working with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications team to deliver excellent in-house creative services and production support, to time and budget.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage creative projects from brief to completion, to time and budget, and including print, web and film, which maximise engagement with supporters and stakeholders  and help the Trussell Trust achieve its goals and objectives
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality resources, ensuring brand and messaging consistency (visual and written) across everything produced
  • Write high-quality, engaging copy for a range of marketing and communications resources, for a range of audiences, maintaining brand and style consistency
  • Provide copywriting, editing, proof-reading  support and brand guidance to other teams within Trussell Trust as required
  • Ensure effective financial management through monitoring of creative projects budget spend and timely reporting
  • Participate in regular 1:1s and annual reviews, contributing to the identification of objectives and targets, and monitoring of progress towards them
  • Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, resourcefulness and best practice to make the best use of time and skills in the team
  • Promote collaborative and flexible working across the Operations Directorate and the wider Trust.

 

Any other reasonable duties as specified by your line manager to support the work of the Trust.
